Observation

During facility inspection for cap increase request, Licensor observed that the infant room door was closed. Staff reported that there is an infant sleeping. When staff opened the door, Licensor observed the room was dark. Staff turned on the light. Licensor observed a 10-month old infant sleeping on a pack and play. Infant's head was on a pillow. There was pacifier attached to the infants clothes. There were toys inside the pack and play where the infant is sleeping. Provider had safe sleep violations during the Initial to Full visit.
